Payments Information: 

Payment modes:
- Credit Cards / Debit Cards / Net Banking (Through Secured Payment Gateway Partner - EBS)

Note: we do not capture any info about your credit card or bank account, you will be redirected to the payment partner processing page which is a secured and encrypted page where you can give your payment details. You will be redirected back to Lightorati.in once the payment is processed.

(These payment modes are available for wholesale orders and dealers only and some special request orders, this process might take more time than online orders, Please contact us for this option)

Shipping / Delivery Information:

Destinations: Anywhere in India  (if you have seen a postman in your locality before, we can reach you)
Shipping Cost: FREE!!  (For all Orders over Rs.2000)

Carriers: BlueDart-DHL Express, DTDC(Air), EMS Speed Post (India Post Registered Speed Post)  

1. BlueDart-DHL Express (Air):  
    Delivery Times: Tier I Metros - 1 day, Tier II Cities - 1-2 days, other cities and towns: 2-4 days
2. BlueDart-DHL Overnight (Air): (Only Orders Received Before 2 PM are processed on Same Day) 
    Delivery Times: Tier I Metros - Next Morning Before 10:30am or 12 Noon, Tier II Cities - 1 day, Other Cities and Towns: N/A
3. DTDC (Air) 
    Delivery Times: Tier I Metros - 1-3 days, Tier II Cities - 3-5 days, Other cities and towns: 3-7 days
4. SpeedPost (IndiaPost Registered Speed Post):  
    Recommended for Remote Areas and Small Towns where regular couriers do not have deliveries, delivery times vary from 3-10 days

Tracking: For all Shipping options that we provide, tracking is available on the carrier website using the Waybill number provided by us. 
 

Holidays: Sundays and Public Holidays, even though orders might be processed, shipping cannot be done.  Deliveries also will not be made on Holidays (Including Overnight Shipments). Phone and Email support will be available at all times. 

Network Delays: Often courier companies have network delays due to various reasons including flight delays, late arrivals at local or destination hubs, weather conditions, local issues, delivery staff crunch, etc.  These parameters are outside our control. 

Non-Free Shipping Items:  Please note that for some items that are of very low value or very high value or considerably heavier items, shipping might be charged, this will be mentioned on the item description page

Orders for which payments are confirmed before 2:00  PM IST, shipping is done on the same day. If payment is confirmed after 2:00 PM IST, orders will be shipped out first hour on the next working day. If there is any emergency requirement for shipping, do let us know so we can do the needful on the same day, whatever that is - while we do not promise anything, we try to do our best for such emergency requirements. We go the extra mile when there is need. Speaking to us directly will help us serve better for such orders.    

We take 100% responsibility on the shipping, a product broken due to shipping will be replaced immediately. This has to be notified within 1-day of arrival and the product has to be sent back to us for examination so that we can verify and replace the item. While we try to be proactive and provide world-class support, there might be instances of delay. That said, we are known for our service and support.
