Warranty, Returns and Refunds Policy:

At Lightorati we have a 15-Day No Questions Asked Refunds Policy and Lifetime Guaranteed Support Policy on Top of Manufacturer Warranty. Meaning you can get a guaranteed refund if you do not like the product. If you are not satisfied with our service or product, neither are we! So, we are more than happy to refund the money paid for the product in case you feel you didn't get value for your money.  Your refund will be processed once the item is returned to us in resealable condition. 
Applicable for products directly purchased from Lightorati.in or our physical store location - invoice copy needs to be submitted. Please note that the 15-Day Refund is not applicable for Flashlights with Blister Packing, Batteries, Chargers, Knives, Axes or any items customized in any manner(includes Laser Engraving) which are impossible to re-stock. 

We also offer Lifetime Support which is very very rare in any kind of business. This Support basically means the products that you buy from us are backed-up for Lifetime. We will try to find a solution either in terms of spare parts replacement or modifying the product so that it can use the latest spares and becomes usable. This service is unique offering(Parts and Service are chargeable)Here is how it all works:

Info on shipping for Returns,

Replacements, Parts, Service

 

Customer pays for sending back the product to us. We pay for shipping a replaced or repaired item back to customer.

Customer pays for sending back the product to us. For Replacement/Exchange, we pay the shipping charges for sendng the replaced item.

Shipping Charges (both ways) are to be paid by customer.

 

To File a Refund/Return/Replacement: Please use the Return filing page. But before doing so, please get in touch with us with the issue so we can make the process faster.  

 

On Batteries and Chargers: Please note that replacements and repair is not applicable for batteries and chargers for various reasons like dropping the batteries, inserting batteries in reverse while charging, voltage fluctuations - this could damage both the batteries and the charger. Also, please read the manuals provided(if any) with the flashlight to undersatnd which way to insert the batteries into the lights. (for Flashlights, if its not mentioned, its mostly positive first, meaning positive towards the LED). However, all batches of batteries and chargers are checked randomly by our team to see if there are issues with quality. Batteries and chargers if reported dead/faulty on arrival(or within the first one week of arrival) can be replaced if found no abuse, these have to be returned to us for inspection, if found no abuse, replacement would be sent - return shipping charges(one way) would be paid by us.
